Ashok RainaDharamshala, Sept. 23 -- The School of Tourism, Travel and Hospitality Management (SOTTHM) of Central University of Himachal Pradesh (CUHP) organised a street play and heritage rally here on Wednesday as part of its week-long CHARAIVETI-2026 celebrations marking World Tourism Day.
The third-day programme was based on the global theme "Digital Agenda & AI Redesigning Tourism" and aimed at creating public awareness about technology-enabled and sustainable tourism.
SOTTHM students staged a street play highlighting the role of Artificial Intelligence, virtual reality, smart itineraries, digital payments and data-driven hospitality in improving tourist experiences while preserving the human element.
