New Delhi, March 23 -- Cognavi India Pvt. Ltd. has facilitated international placements for 13 engineering students from premier Indian institutes, with an average annual compensation of Rs 42.15 lakh, highlighting the growing role of artificial intelligence in global talent hiring, accordin to a company statement on Monday.

The placements were enabled through the company's proprietary AI-based "Skill Tree" technology, which maps candidates' technical capabilities directly to global employer requirements, moving beyond traditional resume-based screening.
