New Delhi, June 25 -- The future of warfare will be determined increasingly by technological superiority rather than conventional military strength, said Minister of Science and Technology, Jitendra Singh, on Thursday, highlighting artificial intelligence (AI), quantum technologies, biotechnology and space capabilities as the key drivers of national security in the coming decades.
Addressing officers and course participants at the National Defence College (NDC), Singh said emerging security challenges are reshaping the nature of conflict and require countries to stay ahead in critical technologies.
