Agartala, Oct. 18 -- Tripura will host the fifth edition of the Mayer Gomon (Durga Puja carnival) on October 23 to mark the culmination of this year's Durga Puja festivities, with foreign diplomats from several countries expected to attend, officials said here on Sunday.
Reports indicate that diplomats from the United States, Russia, and Bangladesh plan to attend, enhancing the international aspect of this cultural event.
