Agartala, March 14 -- The ruling BJP's accusation of large-scale corruption in the Tripura Tribal Areas Autonomous District Council (ADC) has been further fuelled by the opposition CPI-Motha's allegations against the TIPRA Motha party, its ally in the state government. The senior tribal leader of CPI-M, Radha Charan Debbarma, and former Chief Executive Member (CEM), has accused the present ADC administration of prioritising the transfer of valuable ADC assets to private entities over the development of hill areas and rural regions.

The allegations have surfaced as the Left Front intensifies its political campaign for the upcoming ADC polls next month, emphasising irregularities and administrative failures of the ADC leadership.
