Mumbai, June 22 -- Shiv Sena (Uddhav Balasaheb Thackeray) leader and MLA Aditya Thackeray launched a blistering attack on the Eknath Shinde-led state government here on Monday, terming the recent defection of his party MPs as a "sale of mandates" and accusing the administration of total governance failure on the first day of the legislative monsoon session.
