Mumbai, Aug. 21 -- Adani Power Ltd officially informed the stock exchanges here that the Appellate Tribunal for Electricity (APTEL) has set aside an order passed by the Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission (MERC) earlier, and allowed the company to appeal against the MERC's order.
