Kolkata, Sept. 24 -- Adani Group Chairman Gautam Adani on Thursday announced a long-term investment commitment of more than Rs 1 lakh crore in West Bengal by 2045, saying India is "looking east once again" and the state has the potential to play a significant role in the country's next phase of growth.
Addressing the inauguration of the Adani Aarogya Mandir in New Town, Adani said the group would invest across sectors including ports, logistics, power generation, transmission and distribution, roads, bridges and hyperscale data centres.
