Mumbai, Aug. 8 -- Adani Enterprises Limited informed the stock exchanges here on Saturday that it has incorporated a new company called AACL Global IFSC Limited.
AACL Global IFSC Limited will function as the wholly-owned step-down subsidiary of Adani Airport Holdings Limited (AAHL), according to the company's regulatory filing.
This newly incorporated company, AAHL Global IFSC Limited will offer financial services in the form of a Global Treasury Centre, since it has been incorporated under IFSCA (Finance Companies) Regulations, 2021, which will allow the company to streamline its treasury and finance operations internationally.
