Hyderabad, June 10 -- Chairman of Basavatarakam Indo American Cancer Hospital and Research Institute (BIACH&RI) and actor Nandamuri Balakrishna celebrated his 66th birthday with children undergoing cancer treatment at the hospital premises here on Wednesday.
Continuing his long-standing tradition of spending time on his birthday at the institute, Balakrishna cut a large cake arranged by the hospital staff and shared it with children battling cancer.
He also distributed toys and gifts to the young patients.
On the occasion, donations were presented to support the hospital's activities and cancer care initiatives. Hyderabad-based donor Seetharama Raju contributed Rs 1 lakh to the institution.
