Hyderabad, May 8 -- The Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) conducted a surprise check at the office of the Municipal Commissioner, Miryalaguda, following credible information regarding alleged corrupt activities and administrative irregularities.
The surprise inspection was carried out by the DSP, ACB Nalgonda Range, along with his team. During the inspection, officials examined records, financial transactions, pending applications and the overall functioning of the municipal office.
According to the ACB statement on Friday, several irregularities were detected during the verification process on Thursday.
