Srinagar, Aug. 10 -- J&K's Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB on Monday presented a chargesheet before the Special Judge, Anti-Corruption, Baramulla, against ten accused persons, including nine public servants and a private contractor, in a case involving alleged misappropriation of government store material, forgery, abuse of official position and criminal conspiracy.

The case pertain to the construction of a steel bridge at Lastiyal-Kalaroos in Kupwara and originated from an Open Verification conducted by the erstwhile Vigilance Organization Kashmir following allegations of loss to the State exchequer in connivance with officials of the PWD (R&B) Division, Kupwara.
