New Delhi, June 28 -- The Anti-Corruption Branch (ACB) of the Delhi Government has arrested former Director General of Health Services (DGHS) Vatsala Aggarwal and Neeraj Chopra, the then Deputy Controller of Accounts (DCA) of the Central Procurement Agency (CPA), in connection with an alleged health procurement irregularities case.

According to the ACB, the arrests were made as part of the investigation into FIR No. 07/2026, registered on June 2, 2026, following a complaint from the Directorate of Vigilance regarding alleged large-scale irregularities in the procurement of medicines, surgical consumables, medical equipment and other items by the Central Procurement Agency under the DGHS.
