New Delhi, Sept. 27 -- The Aam Aadmi Party on Sunday demanded action against Delhi PWD Minister Parvesh Verma after a video purportedly showing him slapping a youth during a road inspection in west Delhi's Tilak Nagar surfaced on social media.
AAP MLA Jarnail Singh, who was present during the inspection, alleged that the minister lost his temper after being shown the condition of the road and slapped the person who was recording the incident.
"I thought he would inspect the road, check the quality and perhaps take action against the PWD officials. Instead, he slapped the person who was recording the incident and left the spot," Singh alleged.
