New Delhi, April 30 -- AAP Delhi State President Saurabh Bharadwaj on Thursday said that the Enforcement Directorate's decision not to oppose bail for the founder of Indian Political Action Committee soon after the conclusion of the West Bengal Assembly elections raises questions about the timing of investigative actions.

Addressing the issue, Bharadwaj stated that the I-PAC founder, who had been arrested ahead of the elections, was granted bail by a lower court after the polling process ended. He claimed that in many cases related to the Enforcement Directorate, bail is typically contested, but in this instance, the agency did not oppose the plea.
