New Delhi, March 29 -- Delhi BJP spokesperson Praveen Shankar Kapoor on Sunday alleged that former AAP MLA Bandana Kumari has encroached some areas in the Shalimar Bagh assembly constituency, notably a 30-meter road proposed in the Delhi Master Plan to connect a functioning hospital and a government hospital under construction for the poor, to the highway.
According to Kapoor, the former AAP MLA not only encroached a part of road herself, but has also encouraged others to do the same.
The Delhi BJP spokesperson claimed that due to the illegal encroachments on the 30-meter road, the area faces constant traffic jams, which makes it impossible for ambulances to pass, and also is preventing Shalimar Bagh from being connected to the highway.
