Kaithal, Aug. 30 -- Manohar Lal Khattar, union Minister of Energy, Housing and Urban Development, on Sunday said that a major solar energy project is being implemented in the Ladakh region.
This project will extend a power transmission line to Kaithal, with the major transmission line terminating in Kaithal. From there, the power will be distributed to other parts of the country.
Regarding the elevated road, he said that the short distance between roads and the lack of space required for the elevation are causing difficulties. If a solution emerges through a new proposal, it will be pursued.
