Kolkata, April 29 -- An 82-year-old voter from the Udaynarayanpur Assembly Constituency in Howrah collapsed shortly after casting his vote on Wednesday, an Election Commission of India (ECI) official said.
The police identified the person as Purna Chandra Dolui.
Dolui had arrived at polling station number 245 in Udaynarayanpur where he collapsed.
