Pune, Aug. 15 -- Pune Division of Central Railway celebrated the 80th Independence Day with great patriotic fervour and enthusiasm on August 15. The main function was organized at the Divisional Sports Ground, Tadiwala Road, Pune, where railway officers, staff members, and participating teams gathered to commemorate the historic occasion.
The programme commenced with the ceremonial hoisting of the National Flag by Rajesh Kumar Verma, Divisional Railway Manager, Pune.
The flag-hoisting ceremony was followed by the National Song and the National Anthem, creating an atmosphere of pride, unity, and patriotism among all those present.
