Panchkula, Aug. 30 -- The Haryana Police have arrested 45 cybercriminals in a week-long crackdown in Faridabad between August 22 and 28, the police spokesman said.
The action was carried out by teams from all three cyber police stations in Faridabad, under the leadership of DCP Headquarters Himadri Kaushik, police added.
During the operation, police recovered Rs 3,66,000 from the accused and froze another Rs 4,98,717 connected to cyber fraud in different bank accounts, they further stated.
