Sultanpur, Oct. 4 -- Four people carrying the body of a soldier were killed in a road accident on Purvanchal Expressway near Haliapur on the Ayodhya border on Sunday.
The deceased included the soldier's only son, brother, cousin, and the ambulance driver.
The ambulance, traveling at 100 km/h, collided with a truck parked on the side of the expressway.
The impact of the collision was so severe that the ambulance was completely mangled. The cabin was completely crushed. The driver's body was trapped in the steering wheel.
