Mathura, May 29 -- Two policemen have been suspended while another was sent to police lines following the case of open firing and stone-pelting between two groups in Maholi village, under the Highway Thana area.
SSP Shlok Kumar on Friday has sent the station in-charge Shailendra Kumar to the police lines for gross negligence, while the Panna Pokhar outpost in-charge Sandeep Kumar and beat constable Adarsh Kumar have been suspended with immediate effect.
Prashant Kumar has been made the new station in charge in place of Shailendra Kumar.
