Pune, July 17 -- An 18-year-old medical aspirant preparing for the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET) allegedly comitted suicide at her residence in Pune on Friday morning, police said.
According to police, the teenager was found hanging from a ceiling fan at her home, located within the jurisdictional limits of the Kalepadal police station.
Police said that no suicide note was recovered from the scene, and the exact reason behind the extreme step remains unknown, investigators said.
