Vijayawada, July 16 -- As many as 12 Covid cases have been registered in Andhra Pradesh from June 26 to July 16 of which four persons have died, Health Secretary Veerapandiyan said on Thursday.
In a statement here, he said four persons died of coronavirus from June 26, 2026 to July 16, of which three were reported in Kadapa district and one from Kakinada district. These four persons had been suffering from chronic diseases and they were infected with Covid.
The first covid case in the year was diagnosed in Kadapa district on June 26 while 11 more people were diagnosed for covid from July 1 to 16. As many as eight Coronavirus cases were registered in Kadapa district alone. Two cases were registered in Guntur district and one each in Visakh...
