Mirzapur, April 23 -- At least 11 people lost their lives in a devastating road accident on Wednesday night in the Mirzapur district of Uttar Pradesh.
The tragic incident occurred in the Drumdganj police station area along the Mirzapur-Rewa National Highway.
According to police officials, a trailer carrying gravel from Madhya Pradesh lost control after its brakes reportedly failed while descending a slope.
The out-of-control vehicle first rammed into a Swift car and then collided with a truck. The car was crushed between the trailer and the truck.
