Chennai, July 27 -- Launching the 10th edition of the hugely successful Tamil Nadu Premier League (TNPL), the Tamil Nadu Cricket Association (TNCA) said it has not yet finalised plans for establishing a second international cricket stadium in the State.
A decision on whether it will be located in Chennai or Coimbatore was not yet taken, TNCA President Srinivasan Raj said, at the event held at the MA Chidambaram stadium here last evening.
Regarding the proposed second international stadium-earlier announced during the previous DMK regime for Coimbatore-he said the project remains at the planning stage, and a final decision on the location is yet to be decided.
