Mumbai, Oct. 23 -- Uddhav Thackeray-led Shiv Sena Rajya Sabha MP and chief Sena spokesperson, Sanjay Raut, today raised questions about where the Rs 500 crore mentioned in the audio clip conversation released by Maratha reservation agitator Manoj Jarange Patil had disappeared and why are the Enforcement Directorate (ED) and the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) are strangely silent.
"From the conversation in the audio clip, it is clear that Eknath Shinde took Rs 500 crore from the BJP to give it to Manoj Jarange Patil. But where did the Rs 500 crore go? To whom did it go? Who gave it? Are efforts being made to finish off Manoj Jarange Patil's agitation? There are many unanswered questions," he said here.
