Mumbai, Sept. 25 -- Mrunal Thakur, Huma Qureshi, Vikram Singh Chauhan and Vijay Raaz-starrer Pooja Meri Jaan is set to premiere on ZEE5 in Hindi on October 2.
Directed by Navjot Gulati and produced by Dinesh Vijan and Amar Kaushik, the drama tells the story of a young woman named Pooja. After a close friend rejects her love proposal, a chain of events begins that raises many questions about rejection, passion, consent and responsibility.
In the film, Qureshi plays lawyer Sana, who attempts to understand the circumstances of Pooja's case and uncover the truth behind various statements. Through shifting perspectives, the story raises the question of how our perceptions of a person or event influence our decisions.
