Bhubaneswar, July 22 -- The Orissa High Court has directed the State Police authorities to examine the conduct of three police officers attached to Nandankanan Police Station in Bhubaneswar and initiate appropriate administrative action against them for defying a judicial order, while reaffirming that law enforcement agencies are duty-bound to faithfully implement court orders.
