Nagoya, Sept. 27 -- India added to its medal tally at the Asian Games on Sunday, as Prachi Choudhary claimed bronze in the final of the women's 400m, delivering one of the standout performances of the night for the Indian contingent.
For the 29-year-old, the medal caps a career that has steadily built over the years, from relay silvers to an individual podium finish on one of the sport's biggest stages. Prachi previously won silver as part of India's 4x400m relay team at the 2022 Asian Games in Hangzhou and had earlier claimed relay silver at the 2019 Asian Championships as well.
