Thiruvananthapuram, May 30 -- Opposition leader in the Kerala Assembly Pinarayi Vijayan today responded to the Enforcement Directorate (ED) raid linked to the CMRL-Exalogic case and the freezing of his daughter Veena Vijayan's bank account.
Talking to newspersons here, Pinarayi Vijayan said ED officials had not questioned him in any manner during the raid.
"Apart from the fact that I was present there during the raid, the ED did not ask me anything," he said.
He confirmed that one bank account belonging to Veena Vijayan had been frozen by the ED, but rejected reports suggesting that several accounts had been blocked.
"Only one of Veena's accounts has been frozen. The claims being spread by the media and political opponents are incorrect...
