New Delhi, Aug. 15 -- Congress general secretary in-charge communications Jairam Ramesh on Saturday hit out at Prime Minister Narendra Modi over his reference to "dimaagi Naxals" in his Independence Day address, calling the remark a "sure sign" of the Prime Minister's desperation.
Ramesh said Modi had earlier used the term "urban Naxals" for his opponents and had now introduced the description "dimaagi Naxals", arguing that the change reflected the Prime Minister's growing political anxiety.
