Sydney, Aug. 18 -- Australia all-rounder Ellyse Perry has hailed the success of the recent ICC Women's T20 World Cup in England as she sets her sights on making yet another appearance at the next edition of the tournament in 2028.
Perry played a starring role for Australia at the T20 World Cup, with the veteran scoring 198 runs across the tournament as the Aussies went on to record a unprecedented seventh title with a victory over England in the final at Lord's.
It was also the seventh T20 World Cup success for Perry given she has appeared at every edition of the tournament thus far and the 35-year-old admitted the triumph was just as sweet as any of the previous ones.
