Jammu, May 31 -- The newly constituted Jammu & Kashmir Cricket Association is caught in a bitter power struggle between its President and Secretary over who holds constitutional authority, threatening the association's smooth functioning in the union Territory.

Days after the announcement of its new office bearers, the Jammu and Kashmir Cricket Association (JKCA) appears to be passing through troubled waters, with indications that 'all is not well' within the newly-constituted body as officials are reportedly at 'loggerheads' over administrative decisions.
