Dhaka, March 14 -- Bangladesh on Saturday highlighted the importance of enhancing Turkish foreign investment in Bangladesh and emphasised the prospects for expanding skilled human resource exports from Bangladesh to Turkiye.

Turkiye reiterated its commitment to maintaining friendly and brotherly relations with Bangladesh in both bilateral and multilateral fora.

In this context, Turkiye also expressed its unequivocal support for Bangladesh's candidacy for the Presidency of the forthcoming session of the United Nations General Assembly.
