Dhaka, June 11 -- Three Indian seafarers who had been reported missing following a US attack on a commercial vessel off the coast of Oman have been confirmed dead, India's Minister for Ports, Shipping and Waterways Sarbananda Sonowal said on Thursday.

According to India's Ministry of External Affairs, the vessel was carrying 24 Indian crew members when it came under attack on Wednesday.
