Dhaka, Nov. 4 -- BNP Chairman and Prime Minister Tarique Rahman will lead a colourful procession on foot in the capital on November 7, marking National Revolution and Solidarity Day.

The procession will begin at 3pm in front of the BNP's central office at Nayapaltan, with Tarique himself joining the march on foot.

Dhaka North BNP Convener and Dhaka North City Corporation (DNCC) Administrator Safiqul Islam Khan confirmed the programme at a view-exchange meeting at a community centre in Mirpur on Wednesday afternoon.

He said Tarique would take part in the procession on the streets of Dhaka and lead it on foot. He also gave necessary instructions to party leaders and activists regarding the programme.
