Dhaka, March 13 -- The Russian House in Dhaka on Friday organised a special painting master class titled "Great Women", in collaboration with the Serov Academy of Fine Arts on the occasion of International Women's Day.

The event brought together nearly one hundred students from various educational institutions across Dhaka.

During the master class, participants created portraits and artistic interpretations of remarkable women who have made significant contributions to society.

Among them was Valentina Tereshkova, the first female cosmonaut from USSR and a global symbol of courage and achievement.
