Dhaka, May 14 -- The Russian House in Bangladesh on Thursday inaugurated the week-long film festival "Frames of Memory: From Moscow to Bangladesh", dedicated to the 81st Anniversary of Russian Victory Day.

The opening ceremony brought together a vibrant audience of Russian language students, scholarship nominees, and representatives from various universities and cultural institutions.
