Natore, June 28 -- Police have recovered the bodies of a rickshaw puller and an elderly man in separate incidents in Sadar upazila of Natore.

The body of Kamal Ruidas, 37, a rickshaw puller, was recovered from a pond in the Lenguria area of Natore town on Sunday morning.

According to family members, Kamal left home on Saturday evening and had been missing since then. Local residents spotted his body floating in the pond on Sunday morning and informed police.

Police recovered the body and sent it to the Natore General Hospital morgue for an autopsy.
