Dhaka, March 24 -- The Rapid Action Battalion (Rab) has taken extensive security measures across the country in anticipation of Genocide Day and Independence and National Day.

As part of the extensive security arrangments, adequate Rab members have already been deployed across Dhaka and the rest of the country to prevent any kind of disorder and unwanted situations during the observence of Genocide Day and Independence and National Day-2026.
