Dhaka, Sept. 5 -- Prime Minister and BNP Chairman Tarique Rahman on Saturday joined a discussion meeting organised by the BNP to mark its 48th founding anniversary.

The discussion, titled "Korbo Kaj, Gorbo Desh, Sobar Age Bangladesh" (We will work, build the country, Bangladesh first), began at around 3:50pm at the auditorium of the Krishibid Institution Bangladesh (KIB) in the capital's Farmgate area.

BNP Acting Secretary General and Prime Minister's Political Adviser Ruhul Kabir Rizvi is presiding over the programme.

Members of the BNP National Standing Committee and invited distinguished guests are taking part in the discussion.
