PM's UNGA speech a milestone for future Bangladesh: Citizens' Forum
Dhaka, Oct. 3 -- Prime Minister Tarique Rahman's address to the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) marks a milestone in Bangladesh's future journey and reflects his "Bangladesh First" philosophy, international and political analysts said today.
Speakers said the parts of the speech covering the Rohingya issue and the climate crisis provided a vision for the future, as well as a clear roadmap for post-fascist Bangladesh.
They made the remarks at a Citizens' Forum, Bangladesh programme held on Saturday at the International Mother Language Institute.
