Dhaka, Oct. 15 -- Prime Minister and BNP Chairman Tarique Rahman on Thursday attended the namaz-e-janaza of former Deputy Minister and five-time MP Abdul Hai on the National Parliament premises.

A special munajat was offered seeking the salvation of the departed soul after the janaza held at the South Plaza of the Jatiya Sangsad Bhaban in the afternoon.

Tarique Rahman also placed a wreath on Abdul Hai's coffin to pay his last respects.
