, March 29 -- The first session of the current parliament resumed on Sunday with its 3rd sitting after a 14-day recess.

The sitting began at 3:00pm with Deputy Speaker Barrister Kayser Kamal in the chair.

The agenda for Sunday's business include discussion on the thanksgiving motion over the President's speech delivered on the very first day of the maiden session of the 13th parliament.

There will also be a question-and-answer session over the Local Government Division, Rural Development and Cooperatives Division, the Youth and Sports Ministry, the Prime Minister's Office, the Election Commission and the President's office.
