Dhaka, April 4 -- The Parliament Secretariat Commission has been formed under the chairmanship of Speaker Hafiz Uddin Ahmad, Bir Bikram.

The five-member commission was constituted under Article 7 of the National Parliament Secretariat Act, 1994.

A gazette in this regard was published on April 2 last.

Four other members of the commission are Prime Minister Tarique Rahman, Leader of the Opposition Dr Shafiqur Rahman, Law Minister Md Asaduzzaman and Finance Minister Amir Khosru Mahmud Chowdhury.
