Habiganj, June 3 -- Over 50 people were injured in a clash between two groups in Sadar upazila of Habiganj on Wednesday following a dispute stemming from a local friendly football match between two teams named after Argentina and Brazil.

The incident took place around noon at Kashipur village under Lokra union.

According to locals, two groups of youths from the village played a friendly football match on Tuesday afternoon, with the teams competing under the names "Argentina" and "Brazil." The Argentina team won the match 2-0, prompting celebrations by its supporters.
