Dhaka, Sept. 15 -- The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has issued more than 29 lakh Apostille certificates since the launch of Bangladesh's e-Apostille service on March 30, 2025.

The certificates cover documents related to education, police clearance, medical matters, marriage, birth, work experience and national identity cards, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a press release on Tuesday.

The online service, introduced through the 'MyGov' platform, has significantly reduced inconvenience for citizens while saving them time and money, it said.
