Dhaka, April 12 -- Law Minister Md Asaduzzaman on Sunday said the repealed ordinances issued during the interim government will be reviewed through proper scrutiny.

He alleged that opposition leaders are misleading people over the issue.

He made the remarks at a press conference at the Home Ministry regarding 133 ordinances issued during the interim government period and later placed before the Jatiya Sangsad.

The Law Minister said seven repealed ordinances would be reviewed in due course.

"These ordinances need to be examined. We have committed to reviewing them through necessary amendments," he said.
