, Aug. 24 -- District Detective Branch (DB) police have arrested a man for allegedly sexually harassing a master's student of Naogaon Government College.

The arrested man was identified as Kazi Abdullah alias Fuad, son of Nazrul Islam of Shantahar Janakoli area in Adamdighi upazila of Bogura.

Police said they identified and arrested Fuad after analysing data from information technology systems and AI-enabled cameras. The motorcycle used in the allegedt incident was also seized.

Naogaon Superintendent of Police Mohammad Tariqul Islam confirmed the arrest on Monday morning.

According to police, the incident took place on August 16 when the student left her mess to attend a tuition class.
